- - All entrants must register then be refunded if seeking pledges; this is to ensure you have a spot.
- - Hard copy registration forms in stores by mid November 2009
- - Forms can be picked up and dropped off at any Running Room or the Canadian Cancer Society at 193 Sherbrook. Office Hours - 8:30-4:30 p.m.
